Tax partner of the firm. Responsible for assisting clients with tax planning considerations and tax return preparation. Consults with clients, partners, and attorneys regarding income tax and estate planning issues. Prepartion of estate and gift tax returns.

Determines the value of closely-held businesses and prepares written valuation reports for use in estate tax planning, buy-sell engagements, business sales, divorce engagements, and other purposes.

Prepares and submits written or oral testimony in depositions and courtroom proceedings in litigation involving business valuations, divorce engagements, and other engagements.
