Essential to the operation of every CPA firm's accounting and auditing practice is their quality control policies and procedures. To ensure the firm's quality control policies and procedures are functioning properly, all firms are required to undergo a peer review every three years. We have conducted many peer reviews for sole practitioners and small, multi-owner firms. We have conducted systems reviews and engagement reviews under the standards issued by the Peer Review Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
We have experience providing audit and accounting services to clients in a wide variety of industries, which also qualifies us to provide peer review services to CPA firms with a varied client base. Mike Meinders, CPA, the team captain on all peer reviews we conduct, is a member of the Peer Review Committee of the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
